One of our most recent and rewarding projects was the Miles Apartments, located at 12920 SW Zigzag Lane in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed in June 2024, this project showcased our team’s ability to manage and execute a full suite of logistics and installation services for a large, multi-phase property.
Project Overview
The Miles Apartments is a modern residential community featuring leasing spaces, beautiful exterior grounds, and fully furnished model units. WDI Co. was contracted to provide end-to-end commercial FF&E services in Beaverton, Oregon for the property’s Leasing Office, Exterior Areas, and Two Model Units.
Our scope of work included:
Receiving all FF&E shipments at our secure warehouse
Inspection of all items for quality and damage
Storage and inventory management until installation was ready
Scheduled delivery to the site for all materials and furnishings
Assembly and installation of furniture, fixtures, and accessories
Final placement and staging of all items in designated spaces
Debris removal and site cleanup to ensure a polished, move-in ready environment
Logistics & Execution
Thanks to close coordination with the project stakeholders, our team executed the delivery and installation process smoothly and on schedule. We implemented a customized delivery plan to minimize disruption to on-site construction and ensure each area was installed sequentially—starting with the leasing office and exteriors, followed by the model units.
WDI’s experienced installation crew worked with precision to assemble furniture, configure layouts, and place décor in a way that reflects the property’s branding and target resident lifestyle. Our attention to detail and timeline adherence helped the property management team get the units tour-ready just in time for launch.
